Pre Handover Ceremony of our Jhornadhara Project

AWR Developments (BD) Limited is very proud and delight to announce it's project completion. The Project "AWR- BBL Jhornadhara" situated at Plot # 39, Road # 12, and Sector # 10. This project's construction and other related works have been carried out under a Team of Qualified Engineers and Responsible for the project with quality Materials.

This project's construction and other related works have been carried out under a Team of Qualified Engineers who are Responsible for the project and the quality of the Materials.

On this Pre Handover Occasion, in a beautiful decorative environment AWR Management Personnel arranged a Meeting on the Project Site on 26th December 2009. On the Meeting, the Memorandum of Articles and the First Management Committee for the "Apartment Owners' Association" was approved by the Apartment Owners.

The Best part of that meeting was the Car Parking Lottery. The entire Apartment Owners in compliance with the AWR Management mutually selected their own Car Parking, which is a rare incident in the Real Estate Sector of Bangladesh. This could be done due to our professionalism, hard labor, proper & timely communication with the clients and mostly make our clients feel that they are now the member of "AWR Family", by all of our employees specially the Sales Team.

As there was no other issue to be discussed, the Pre Handover Meeting ended followed by some Refreshments.
